Obituary for Ricardo "Caldo" Facuri
Ricardo “Caldo” Facuri, 81, of Wailuku, passed away on July 29, 2017 at his residence. He was born on November 24, 1935 in Pu’ukoli’i, Lahaina, Maui.
Services honoring Ricardo will be held from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Thursday, August 24, 2017 at St. Anthony Church, Wailuku, mass will begin at 11 a.m. and burial will follow at 1 p.m. at the Maui Veteran’s Cemetery in Makawao.
Ricardo served in the U.S. Army and worked as a Bellman at The Sheraton Maui Hotel where he retired.
He is survived by his wife, Gladys A.M. Facuri; sons, John(Rose)Naeole, Nolan(Cathy)Facuri; Daughters, Sharon(Wayne)Kanoa and June(George)Pacubas; brothers, Segundo(Marlene), Paul(Pauline), Simeon(Karen), and Mariano(Pat)Facuri; sisters Ursula(Timmy)Medeiros, Leonora(Vince)Tesoro, Flora(Jeff)Mahoney, Nattie(Paul)Juario; sister-in-law, Fita Facuri and 10 grandchildren.
Ricardo was predeceased by his parents, Telesforo and Mary Facuri; and Brother, Anthony Facuri.
